# Just few small things...
It’s fascinating that many women tend to use all of our peeling, scrubs and creams to care for the face, and at the same time, skip neck and decolletage, letting environmental factors damage its delicate skin. As a result of this peculiar neglect, the skin on the neck can very quickly become dull and saggy and wrinkled. It makes a huge contrast to the face carefully cared for years.
If you want to bring back a radiant, youthful appearance to your neck, enrich your beauty routine with a few additional steps you will find below. Soon you will see significant improvement in the tightness, smoothness and skin tone of your neck skin in a relatively short time and prolong its youthfulness.

# Wash your neck when you clean your face.
While cleaning your face twice a day, do not forget about your neck. Why? Because it’s exposed to the same make-up, dust and dirt as on your face. Remember, however, that not all face cleansers will be suitable for the delicate skin of the neck, so it’s best to use something natural and gentle without alcohol.
# Exfoliation? Necessarily!
At least once a week, do a careful neck scrub to remove dead skin and sebum that clogs the pores and do not let your cosmetics works as they should. As you do the facial exfoliation ritual — go down, lift your chin up, and gently massage your entire neck and the skin behind your ears for a few minutes. Afterwards, rinse your skin thoroughly (help yourself with wet cotton or flannel towel) and proceed with proper moisturizing. Thanks to this treatment, your neck will be smooth and radiant, aka less dull.
If you are choosing between mechanical scrub and chemical peels, go with chemical exfoliation

# Add cosmetics with a vitamin E and vitamin C as a hero ingredient
“Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that may be effective at reducing UV damage in the skin. And vitamin E applied topically may help nourish and protect your skin from damage caused by free radicals.” You can apply an oil enriched with vitamin E (ready-made from a drug store or DIY make it yourself by adding a pharmacy vitamin to your favourite oil) by gently massaging it into the neck with long strokes from the bottom — up. Vitamin E improves skin tone and maintains its youthfulness. Do not be too harsh with your skin.
# Use a lightning protein mask.
Homemade egg white and honey mask will help restore skin tone and make it appear healthy and radiant.
The recipe is extremely easy: whip the egg whites and mix them with honey.
Apply this emulsion on the face and neck once or twice a week for 10 minutes, then wash it off with lukewarm water or with wet cotton or a flannel towel.

# Good creams are investments
Are you using an anti-ageing face cream for the night? It’s time to apply it also on the neck and decolletage. Before applying any cream, clean the skin thoroughly and exfoliate once or twice a weak. Products will get a chance to absorb better without a layer of dead cells.
Find cream dedicated for your skin type (sensitive skin, dry skin, dehydrated skin) and skin problems, not age.
# Protect your neck from the sun
All the fuss about sun protection applies in the same measure to your face as to the neck.
If you worry about staining your clothes, apply them before you get dressed. You do not need to apply sunscreen under your cloth if they are not transparent. Remember to apply it evenly on the front and back of your neck.
It’s easier to prevent than to fix the effects of sun damage on the way to the ageless throat.
Go for broad-spectrum sunscreen and reapply it every 2-4h to prevent future damage
