“To err is human” we all know it, we all understand it, we all often do not apply it towards ourselves neither others. As humans, we were born to make mistakes. Just we try very hard not to accept it or make it as an excuse.

 

We all have things to do, goals to meet and people to deal with. There are loads of to do in daily life… so at the end of the day often end up feeling drain and confused in our lives.

In answer to these factors, we create new habits or adjust old ones. For better? Not always. Some of them drain our energy even faster and more effectively than external factors. #1. Positive vs Toxic Persons

Do not surround yourself with people who only use you to monologue their complaints, share their problems, sad stories, fears, and gossip about others to you. Don’t let yourself become someone’s trash can.

#2. Do not avoid confrontation

Address toxic situations in which you are involved, such as constantly ‘rescuing’ a friend or family member from oppression or tolerating others’ negative behaviour toward you. If something bothers you, express it and cut it out of your life. Sounds like a lot of arguments? Doesn’t have to be. Think through the conversation you want to have and stick to facts to avoid digression. Learn how to be assertive and about non-violent communication.

#3. There is a time for everything

Give yourself permission to rest if you feel you need it. And allow yourself to take an action when the timing is right.

There’s time to rest and time to do. Both are equally important, do not forget.

#4. Do not cultivate clutter… renew

Unconditionally, get rid of anything that belongs to the past, especially things that bring sad memories and strong negative emotions.

 

Declutter your space at home and at work. Disorganized space is a reflection of your mind. Clutter blocks the natural flow of energy. Maintaining “stuff” cost a lot of inner fire. If you want to boost your energy give a boost to space around you. Throw away what is not essential.

#5. Take care of your physical health on a daily basis

Prioritize your well-being. Even brilliant minds won’t do without a healthy body. People who take care of both – physical and mental needs – keeping their body and mind healthy are much happier. Be generous in caring about yourself.

#6. Eliminate responsibilities you don't like

On occasion, we need to do things we don’t enjoy, but, when possible, delegate the tasks you don’t like doing. And make time for doing what you are passionate about and brings you satisfaction. If you don’t know what it is spend time exploring your interests and learn more about yourself.

#7. Keep your promises

If you don’t follow through on a commitment, remember that you can always apologize, change your mind, offer a different solution, or simply say “no” right away.
