Yes, you will lose weight. Walk is a very underestimated activity that brings your body loads of benefits. One of them is weight lose.

Do I need to cut on sweets to lose weight?

Sweets are fine from time to time. In moderation.

Be mindful about healthy choices & a regular active lifestyle. And your body will get slimmer and toned.

Do I need to do all 4 miles / 6 km?

Build up in your pace (not fast, not slow, YOUR pace). Make yourself tired, but do not exhaust the body.

How about the weather? Should I do Hot Girl Walk in the rain?

If it’s cold – use layers, Thermo Wear and fast pace. Avoid drinking in low temperatures.

If it’s raining – depend on the intensity, you may try Raincoat + Umbrella. If you start to end up wet and cold, think if it’s worth. How about indoors exercise.

Can I do Hot Girl Walk on the treadmill at my gym?

Sure! Whatever suits you. Activity is activity. Especially if the weather outside is not spoiling.

Can I walk with my dog?

Of course! That can be fun for both of you.

Is It my only activity throughout the day?

That’s up to you. Walk is an excellent exercise to help keep your body younger throughout your life. Improve metabolism and heart health. However, stretching should be part of every workout routine.

Depend on your secondary goal (besides health), if you want to get fit, add some strength exercises and more stretching.

What if I miss a day? Or I am not able to exercise regularly?

Missing a day does not mean all your effort went down the drain. Be kind and understanding to yourself. You are developing a healthy mindset and habit to be more active in life. That’s a great job.”, “I cannot do my exercises, so I will eat something healthy today, let my body rest and Tomorrow I will train again. It’s ok.”, “I have an active lifestyle. There are days with more activity. There are days with less activity. That’s natural.”, “I make healthy choices.”

What should I do if I do not have time for exercises?

You don’t have time. You make time.

Focusing on emotions is more important than picturing all the details. You don’t have to see your goal so clearly if you FEEL IT. Imagine you are the person you want to be right now, right there in a place where you are standing. And walk the walk as that person.

Better to do a HOT GIRL WALK in the morning or the evening?

Many trainers highlight the benefits of workout before breakfast. However, many people feel week, even dizzy. To be honest, the most important is to do regular exercise. Time of the day is not so important. Make it work for you. Test different schedules and see which one makes YOU happy. Patience and understanding of your body will do better than forcing and shaming yourself or your body. Be regular, and you will notice your body will perform better in a matter of days.

Your body condition varies daily, depends on your hydration, amount and quality of sleep, day of the cycle, and quality and quantity of your food (nourishment). Choose your daily training accordingly.

Your ULTIMATE GOAL is keeping your body healthy and fit. That you can look and feel your best from now on forever.

You can walk everywhere. You can drive on your walk. You can choose a park. Nature is lovely, but the city is not bad, either. Stick to less jammed roads and discover your favourite routes. That may be an excellent opportunity to know your city more. Use streets that you usually pass. Visit other neighbourhoods.  Cities bring plenty of possibilities.
